Moorhen on thin ice
Moorhens are very common on lakes and water courses in parks and on commons etc. and are not difficult to photograph. This moorhen was photographed in winter light on a cold January morning. Canon EOS-1DX with 500mm f/4L IS lens and 1.4 III converter.
